In The Kitchen Where You Belong

Anna (Octokuro) spots an alluring advert for a brand new vacuum cleaner. She shows it to her husband, Camilo, however he dismisses her, something that happens far too often. The next day, Camilo approaches Anna with an unexpected gift. It’s the vacuum cleaner she wanted.

Anna is overjoyed, only to have her excitement crushed by Camilo as he tells her to get to work. Whilst Anna finds the appliance perfect, her husband’s behaviour seems to bother her. Anna confronts Camilo in the garage, only to find him working on a hidden project with their neighbour, Margot. Before she can understand what’s going on, Anna gets shooed away by Camilo.

Later at night, Anna’s sleep is disrupted by the sound of Camilo and Margot making love. Heartbroken and full of rage, Anna gets up and bursts into the garage. There’s no one there. The only thing occupying the room is Anna’s new vacuum. Suddenly the door slams itself shut and the vacuum whirls to life, emanating a crimson red glow.

Anna tries to run from the living machine but it’s no use. It tears at her clothing, dominating her body before sucking Anna’s energy and life force. All to the enjoyment of Margot, who may not be what she seems…
